At Sans Travel Buddy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for our valued clients.
1. Booking Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by the Customer:
- Offers a refund of 90% if canceled more than 30 days prior to the stay.
- 80% if canceled 16–30 days prior,
- 50% if canceled 11–15 days prior,
- and no refund if canceled 0–10 days prior.
- Refunds are sent within 7 working days, but the time it takes to receive the refund depends on the bank’s processing time.
1.2 Cancellation by Sans Travel Buddy:
- If a booking is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, service provider issues, or other unavoidable reasons), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to shijinasudheesh91@gmail.com within 2 days of cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval. Payment will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Bank or credit card processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable unless specified otherwise:
- Flights and train tickets once issued.
- Last-minute bookings or reservations made within 2 day of travel.
- Visa processing fees, travel insurance, and other add-ons.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Changes to bookings (e.g., date, destination, or itinerary modifications) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If the changes result in cancellation of a service, the refund policy under Section 1.1 will apply.
5. Special Packages and Group Bookings
- For group tours and custom packages, specific terms and conditions may apply. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
